TruckFlow.ai is a web app for whoever runs dispatch and billing. If you connect Motive or Samsara, your trucks and drivers are imported automatically, and location and hours of service sync read-only from the ELD you already use.

Most fleets are fully operational within 24 hours of signing up. We import your existing driver and truck data so you don't have to re-enter everything from scratch. Our onboarding team is available to walk you through the setup if you prefer a guided start.

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required to start. You can add your real trucks and drivers, book actual loads, and confirm that TruckFlow fits your operation before you pay anything.

Forward the broker's rate confirmation to your account's own intake address (loads+yourcompany@intake.truckflow.ai), or upload the rate con PDF in the app. The AI reads it and builds the load — pickup and delivery stops, dates, commodity, weight and rate — and drafts the invoice from the rate, usually in about a minute. The new load waits in your approval queue until a dispatcher reviews and approves it.

TruckFlow includes Hours of Service (HOS) tracking, ELD monitoring, IFTA fuel tax preparation, and automated alerts when driver licenses or medical cards are approaching expiration. DOT audit documents are organized and stored so you can pull any record instantly during a roadside inspection or audit.

Yes. Invoices are auto-generated the moment a load is marked delivered, with all load details, the agreed rate, and the proof-of-delivery photo attached automatically. You can send the invoice directly to your customer via email with a single click, and TruckFlow tracks payment status and aging so you always know what's outstanding.

Not yet. Load board integrations (DAT, Truckstop.com) are on our roadmap, pending partner API access. Today, loads come in through email and document intake (rate cons, BOLs, PODs) with no re-keying, or through the web dashboard. TruckFlow connects to Motive and Samsara ELDs (read-only location and HOS) and takes invoice payments through Stripe; QuickBooks sync is coming soon. There are three straightforward plans: Owner-Operator at $99/month (1 truck, up to 50 loads a month), Fleet at $299/month (up to 500 loads a month, any number of drivers), and Broker at $799/month (unlimited loads). No setup fees, no implementation costs, and no long-term contracts. Billing is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time from your account settings with no cancellation fees. You only pay for what you use, and you are never locked in.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Invoice-based billing with net-30 payment terms is available for Broker plan customers. Contact support@truckflow.ai to set up invoice billing.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest. We store data in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced at the database layer, meaning your fleet data is completely isolated from every other TruckFlow customer. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Email support is included on all plans. Fleet and Broker customers receive priority support with faster response times. Yes. You can export loads, driver records, invoices, and reports to CSV at any time from your dashboard. Your data belongs to you — we will never hold it hostage. If you ever leave TruckFlow, your full history exports cleanly and is ready to import into another system.

The Broker plan has unlimited loads and is designed for brokers and larger fleets that also manage multiple carriers or need custom integrations.
