Sign up, add your trucks and drivers, and start booking loads — the whole process takes about 60 seconds. There are no lengthy contracts or IT setup required to get your fleet running. TruckFlow offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card needed, so you can see the full platform before committing to anything.
Do my drivers need to download an app?
No app downloads, no training sessions. Everything drivers need works over standard SMS text messaging on any phone they already carry. If a driver can send a text, they can use TruckFlow — from confirming a load to submitting a proof-of-delivery photo.
How long does onboarding take?
Most fleets are fully operational within 24 hours of signing up. We import your existing driver and truck data so you don't have to re-enter everything from scratch. Our onboarding team is available to walk you through the setup if you prefer a guided start.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required to start. You can add your real trucks and drivers, book actual loads, and confirm that TruckFlow fits your operation before you pay anything.
Features & Capabilities
How does SMS load booking work?
Text your load details — origin, destination, rate, and equipment type — to TruckFlow and our AI automatically creates the load record in your dashboard. Drivers can then confirm the assignment, update their status en route, and submit proof of delivery, all by replying to a text. No app, no login, no friction.
What compliance features are included?
TruckFlow includes Hours of Service (HOS) tracking, ELD monitoring, IFTA fuel tax preparation, and automated alerts when driver licenses or medical cards are approaching expiration. DOT audit documents are organized and stored so you can pull any record instantly during a roadside inspection or audit.
Can I send invoices through TruckFlow?
Yes. Invoices are auto-generated the moment a load is marked delivered, with all load details, the agreed rate, and the proof-of-delivery photo attached automatically. You can send the invoice directly to your customer via email with a single click, and TruckFlow tracks payment status and aging so you always know what's outstanding.
Does TruckFlow integrate with load boards?
We are actively building DAT and Truckstop.com integrations and expect them to be available soon. In the meantime, loads are booked directly through TruckFlow via SMS, the web dashboard, or our API. If you need a specific integration, let us know — customer demand drives our integration roadmap.

How much does TruckFlow cost?
There are three straightforward plans: Owner-Operator at $99/month (1 truck), Small Fleet at $299/month (up to 20 trucks), and Broker/Fleet at $999/month (unlimited trucks). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Visit the pricing page for a full feature comparison.
Are there any setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees, no implementation costs, and no long-term contracts. Billing is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time from your account settings with no cancellation fees. You only pay for what you use, and you are never locked in.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. Invoice-based billing with net-30 payment terms is available for Broker/Fleet plan customers. Contact support@truckflow.ai to set up invoice billing.
Security & Support
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest. We store data in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced at the database layer, meaning your fleet data is completely isolated from every other TruckFlow customer. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email support is included on all plans. Small Fleet and Broker/Fleet customers receive priority support with faster response times. Broker/Fleet plans include a dedicated account manager who knows your fleet and is available for strategic onboarding and ongoing guidance. Reach us anytime at support@truckflow.ai.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export loads, driver records, invoices, and reports to CSV at any time from your dashboard. Your data belongs to you — we will never hold it hostage. If you ever leave TruckFlow, your full history exports cleanly and is ready to import into another system.

What if I have more than 20 trucks?
The Broker/Fleet plan supports unlimited trucks and is designed for larger operations that also manage multiple carriers or need custom integrations. If your fleet has unique requirements beyond the standard plans, contact us to discuss custom pricing and feature configurations tailored to your operation.
