TruckFlow.ai was built by Barrett Agentic, LLC — a technology company focused on bringing AI-powered automation to industries that still run on spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper.

We watched small fleet operators — the 5-truck, 10-truck, 20-truck companies that move America's freight — struggle with the same problems over and over: dispatchers buried in phone calls, compliance paperwork piling up, invoices going out late, and drivers who couldn't get a straight answer about their next load without calling the office.

We built TruckFlow to give small fleets enterprise-grade dispatch, compliance, and billing tools — powered by AI, built around the rate con you already get by email, and priced for real businesses.

Every load already shows up as a rate confirmation in somebody's inbox. The problem is what happens next: someone types the stops, dates, weight and rate into a spreadsheet, then types them again into an invoice.

With TruckFlow.ai you forward that rate con to your own intake address, or upload the PDF. The AI builds the load and drafts the invoice from the rate, usually in about a minute. The load waits in an approval queue so a dispatcher checks it before it's booked.

Connect Motive or Samsara and your trucks and drivers come in automatically, with location and hours of service synced read-only, so suggested drivers are based on real data.
